What better way to spend the weekend than sipping on a glass of chilled Rose.
We've selected three Roses from the 2020 vintage.

First there's are all-time best selling Rose from the Languedoc region: Moulin de Gassac 'Guilhem'. A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Carignan and 20% Syrah.
Fresh, balanced, beautiful red berry fruit, satisfying.

Next, the new vintage of our favorite Austrian Rose from Gobelsburg. A blend of Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir grapes from the cooler sites in their vineyards.
Supremely elegant with wild cherry and bright red berry notes.

Finally one of our go-to local Roses: The Ojai Vineyard.
Enticing aromas of orange blossom, rainier cherries, and persimmons followed by an energized, prickly minerality.
This Rose is comprised mostly of Syrah, plus a hearty chunk of Carignane, then a touch of dry Riesling for extra twang and aromatic drive.
Brilliant.

Easter brunch on your agenda? Here's a 3-pack that is a divine accompaniment whether you're enjoying a traditional brunch, or something a bit more exotic.

Let's begin with Champagne. Billecart-Salmon is a highly respected producer and one that we enjoy often over the years.
As for the wine: A fine straw-gold color with great finesse of bubble flow and mousse. Joyful aromas of apple blossom and ripe pear with a memorable finish.

Next we have our favorite-in-recent-memory Chardonnay from Vins Auvigue in Pouilly-Fuisse.
This one has energy! A gentle creaminess, beautiful richness, and all sorts of heirloom fruit.
Great with smoked salmon, omelette's, roast chicken, grilled fish...nearly everything actually!

Finally we have a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Burgundy from Domaine Pierre Guillemot.
A brilliant wine with notes of dark cherry, raspberry, rose petal, orange rind and warm spices.
