begin with our first Austrian Rose, a blend of
Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent and Pinot Noir. Bright red
berry notes, alluring acidity, and a fine, savory
finish. Perfect for a hot afternoon, but equally
great paired with seared duck.

A dynamite follow up
to our first Austrian Rose. Though a bit paler than
the first, this packs quite the zippy punch. More
spice, texture, and a salty-savory wallop that
brings delight to your whole being! Ahhh...Summer

Clos Cibonne Tibouren Cuvée Tradition Rosé
(France, Provence, Côtes de Provence) $44 We've been fascinated with this Rose made with the Tibouren grape in Provence. Rare, wild, wonderful. Wow, that color: shy yet very vibrant! Complex aromas of summer strawberries, hints of white peaches, stoney minerality, and a touch of colorful ephemeral spices. This Rose has a serious side too with structure and depth and a memorable finish, like the last day of vacation in the South of France.  2023

burst of lean Granny Smith apple and passionfruit,
bright strawberry, guava-cherry notes. Pure peaches
join forces with the nostalgic savory-ness of
watermelon. Grounded by pithy ruby grapefruit
chalkiness, providing structure and finesse.
Balance, purity, and a restrained vivacity linger
gracefully on the palate.And we love the blend. Absolutely unique.   We
