2010 was an Epic Vintage in so many parts of the world:
Bordeaux & Burgundy quickly come to mind.
Our own inventory is dropping quickly but at the moment here's what is still available:

Burgundy:

2010 Bruno Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot $74
"a solidly complex array of both white and yellow fruit aromas that include pear, apricot, peach and apple. There is excellent power to the lush, even opulent flavors that enjoy excellent mid-palate concentration and the abundant dry extract imparts a textured mouth feel to the mouth coating, dry and long finish." -Burghound

2010 Bonneau du Martray Corton-Charlemagne $148 / 1.5L: $325
"A very subtle hint of wood frames the restrained, airy, cool and very fresh nose of green apple, citrus and lightly spiced pear aromas that include a touch of mineral reduction. The intensely mineral-driven flavors possess a mouth feel of pure silk thanks to the ample amount of dry extract that buffers well the very firm and bright acidity that supports the transparent, long and refined finish. This bone dry effort is beautifully well-balanced and because of the abundant extract it will be approachable young yet probably require at least a decade to arrive at its full apogee." -Burghound

2010 Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot Corton-Charlemagne $205
"A moderate lashing of wood frames a ripe nose of green apple, anise, stone and dried rose petal. There is excellent size, weight and power to the tautly muscular broad-shouldered flavors that brim with mouth coating dry extract. Like several wines in the range this is borderline painfully intense as the explosive finish both stains the palate and seems to go on and on because as soon as it seems to have died out it returns." -Burghound

2010 Domaine Jean-Marc Morey Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Champs-Gain Rouge $44
"Pinot Noir from Chassagne-Montrachet? Yes! Elegant, nice minerality, fresh structure. A steal for the price."

2010 Domaine Château De La Tour Clos Vougeot $128
"This is impressively ripe yet superbly fresh with black cherry and floral scents that are trimmed in sauvage hints and a background application of wood. There is excellent mid-palate concentration and richness to the powerful, muscular and energetic large-scaled flavors that possess superb reserves of mouth coating dry extract that serves to impart a seductive mouth feel to the dusty, serious, balanced and strikingly long finish. A genuine knockout." -Burghound

2010 Faiveley Mercurey 1er Cru Clos des Myglands $42
"Deep ruby. A similar but distinctly more complex nose complements the equally complex, richer and slightly finer medium-bodied flavors that possess a bit better phenolic maturity, all wrapped in a generous and naturally sweet finish. I like both the purity and the detail here." -Burghound

Bordeaux:

2010 Château Gloria $70
Abundant notes of cedar wood, fruitcake, flowers, creme de cassis and kirsch are all present in this full-bodied, opulent, dense, dark ruby/purple wine. It is slightly more restrained than the flamboyant 2009, but equal in quality. This is a juicy, well-proportioned, sensationally concentrated, super-ripe Gloria to drink over the next decades. -Wine Advocate

2010 Château Gruaud Larose $126
"Dark garnet/plum/purple, with loads of spice, earth, underbrush, red and black currants, licorice, and even a hint of Provencal garrigue, this full-bodied, tannic, masculine style of St.-Julien needs 5-6 years of cellaring, but is full, beefy, rich and impressively endowed. There are plenty of firm tannins in the background of this blockbuster wine, which has been built for the long haul." - Wine Advocate

2010 Château Potensac $38
"...sleeper of the vintage. A blend of 52% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest a whopping 21% Cabernet Franc (which is unusual in this part of Bordeaux) has loads of cedar, wood, sweet cherries, some damp earth and a hint of strawberry liqueur in a medium-bodied, elegant style. -Wine Advocate

2010 Château Quinault L'Enclos $52
"loads of blueberry and raspberry fruit as well as hints of pomegranate, crushed rock and damp earth. A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, it is medium-bodied and stylish." -Wine Advocate

2010 Château Coucy $22.50
"Lush, juicy, with a hint of oak, rich mid-palate, and a long finish. Great value Bordeaux."
